Wilkins Media Company (WMC) has been serving the nationwide advertising community and the out-of-home industry for 45 years. We're the experts at simplifying & optimizing multiple market out-of-home buys for both agencies and advertisers. Account Services
Our Account Services team provides a consultative service, working very closely with your account team and media planners to understand the true needs and goals of your out-of-home campaign. We provide deep insight into requested media types - we also recommend additional media opportunities that can work to your advantage. We work to augment proposals with relevant materials (case studies, demographic mapping, research reports, etc.) that help you support your media decisions.
Media Services
This department maintains the majority of the contact between Wilkins and the agency or advertiser. Our staff develops on-going working relationships with out-of-home media companies to assure prime location selectivity, favorable value options, and highly competitive pricing. Primary responsibilities of Media Services also include providing assistance, determining space availability and making reservations, compiling proposals, and supplying campaign recommendations. This department also coordinates production quotes and provides detailed Scarborough reports to clients.
Research Services
In an increasingly ROI-driven world, Wilkins Media is committed to helping our partners support their decision to use out-of-home and digital place-based media. To support that commitment, we’ve built a research department that delivers results using both custom and syndicated research tools such as Scarborough Research and MapInfo. WMC can provide you with geo-demographic maps that showcase the value of the recommended media, while making the information easy to understand and share.
Our expertise hasn't gone unnoticed: members of Wilkins' senior staff sit on advisory boards for both the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) and the Digital Place-based Advertising Association (DPAA, formerly known as OVAB).
Contract Services
All contracts are issued by this department. Our clients receive a standardized Wilkins contract for each part of the program, eliminating the need to review terms & conditions from a number of different out-of-home media vendors. Contract Services ensures that all contracts reflect special instructions and agreed-upon rates. We ensure that executed contracts are forwarded in a timely manner to the agency or advertiser, the out-of-home company, and the Wilkins accounting department.
Financial Services
This department collects and assembles all billing & proof of performance from the out-of-home media companies and printers, and provides a monthly CONSOLIDATED invoice. This invoice mirrors the WMC campaign contracts for each program or client. We can even tailor our proprietary billing program to your company's individual needs. The accounting department disburses payment to each out-of-home media company within 24 hours after receipt of payment from the advertising agency or advertiser.
